1. Daop-Palad
• composed of four major officers and representatives of each course and year level
• seeks to promote student welfare and the best interest of the school community
• serves as a sounding board for opinions and a bridge and a bridge between faculty-administration and students

2. Future Educators Club
• aims to foster unity among Education students through wholesome competitions and co-curricular activities

3. Sangguniang Gabay ng Panlipunang Paglilingkod
• aims to promote unity among Social Work students and enhance the spirit of service through reach-out activities

4. Kaban
• aims to develop in the Commerce student leadership values and interpersonal skills that will enable them to contribute to the common good of the school and the society

5. Sibul
• through the school paper “Sibul” disseminates information about the events and happenings in the College Department

6. St. John Eudes Club
• composed of all male students of the college
• encourages involvement of members in various works of apostolate in the campus and the community
• inspires members to reflect the spirit of St. John Eudes in their works and deeds

7. Tanghalang Lahi (Tala)
• composed of three artistic disciplines namely: Dramatics, Choir and Dance Troupe
• offers students inclined in the field of arts opportunities to develop their talents in theater, music and dance
• serves as the major artistic and cultural resource for the college community

8. Computer Technology Club (CTC)
• aims to develop and enhance mastery of the students in the use of various computer and technology applications
• also aims to validate the desktop computer skills of members by using Microsoft Applications and other programming languages, identify opportunities for skill enhancement and help students get better job opportunities and be recognized worldwide through their knowledge in computer

college / general guidelines on student activities

1. The students are encouraged to carry out activities that contribute to the welfare of the school and the wider community.
2. Each organization has an adviser with whom plans are discussed. Activities related to the subject are discussed with the teacher of the subject.
3. The Moderator of the Student Affairs coordinates the various activities of the different organizations.
4. For big affairs, detailed plans are submitted to the adviser or instructor a month before the event; for lesser affairs, two weeks before.
5. The adviser informs the Moderator of Student Affairs. When the welfare of the students and continuity of the academic program requires for it, the Moderator of the student Affairs after consultation with the persons concerned may suggest a modification, postponement or cancellation of the activity. Final decision making is between the Moderator of the Student Affairs and the Adviser.
6. The Moderator of Student Affairs informs the Dean and faculty about the activities.
7. The student body is informed by the Daop-Palad.
8. The administration reserves the right to modify or disapprove student proposals that are not consonant with Christian principles and school policies.
9. The subject instructor discusses co-curricular activities with the Dean.
